Outcomes are constantly in motion, enjoy the journey. Goals give you a direction, but milestones are what get you there. We are much more likely to complete 12 – 1 week goals than 1 -12 week goal. We can use this to “level up” ourselves by making goals that we can “level up” to. Maybe level 1 is reading for 5 minutes, level 2 is 10 minutes, level 3 is 15, etc. Maybe your “boss battle” is running a marathon but level 1 is walking for 10 minutes a day.
